Project Description
Working on behalf of a local Landscape Design practice, CDS was approached to undertake a short masterplan and design option exercise for a pristine greenbelt site in the ski resort of Niseko, Japan. The client required a minimum of 6 viable alternatives for the site, with a target program of 1 hotel and 95 homes as well as ancillary services expected of a luxury ski-in, ski-out resort. The project has been taken forward into detailed design.
