Working on behalf of an interested buyer for the site, CDS was asked to advise on the development potential of the site to be presented to the local council.
This quick sketch exercise was done as a means to explain site opportunities and constratints, provide early concepts and ideas; demonstrate potential approaches to developing the site within the wider context.
